Analytics
We analyze, assess and benchmark specific elements of an organization, or the enterprise, to understand the drivers of performance. We use historical data and predictive, analytical modeling to provide Business Insight into operations. Predictive analytics including predictive maintenance are areas of expertise. We will also develop a Business Case based on analysis and cash flows to support a proposed investment of capital to yield operational and financial improvements.
Operations
We design and implement solutions which create value for our clients in functions such as supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, logistics and business management. We address the most complex and interdependent problems our clients face. We will focus on process, layout, logistics networks, material and data flow and work planning and execution.
Systems
We work to understand the role and efficacy of any enabling technology on the operation, both from an Information Technology (IT) and an Operational Technology (OT) perspective.
