PRESIDENT & FOUNDER

Mr. Perovich has over 30 years of experience innovating in the Public, Private and Social Sectors. He has led strategic transformational change initiatives that provided clients with enterprise solutions to their most complex problems worldwide. He also served in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Colonel. Prior to founding Asaro Solutions, Mr. Perovich served as the President/CEO of a subsidiary of one of the largest technology and engineering companies in the world. He has led the sale and delivery of strategic engagements in the Life Sciences, Oil and Gas, A&D, Public Utilities, CPG and Retail industries and with Government clients in the U.S. and Canada. He has also launched successful, innovative, multi-national growth platforms throughout his career. Mr. Perovich was selected as one of the 25 most influential consultants in the U.S. He is certified as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is a licensed Professional Engineer.   

Mr. Perovich holds a B.S. degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy, an M.S. degree in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Strategic Studies degree from the U.S. Army War College.

Mr. Cadwalader has over 20 years of learning and leadership in Operations & Management Consulting. His experience crosses industries, geographies, and both the public and private sectors. His record of success in delivering business level results through front line operational improvements has earned him enduring client relationships. He is known for helping clients execute pragmatic solutions to their most complex and intractable challenges. Prior to joining Asaro, Mr. Cadwalader served in several executive level roles in the consulting industry, most recently as Partner and Vice President of Operations at X/Celerant Consulting and Senior Vice President for People and Organizational Development at Worley Parsons / Advisian.

Mr. Cadwalader served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps and has a B.A. from Emory University.

Mr. Tassopoulos has over 25 years of solution sales expertise in enterprise IT, innovation, strategy, and leadership across multiple industry sectors including telecommunication, transportation, manufacturing, energy, natural resources, finance, and government. He brings experience from global clients and transformational initiatives across the the entire suite of infrastructure, software. SaaS, IaaS, and managed services to support systemic, long-lasting change that sticks.
